Salon Escape

Very disappointing experience. I booked over a week in advance for a keratin blowout, color, and tape-in extensions with Jenn and paid a $70 deposit. I arrived on time expecting to receive the services I booked, only to be told once I was already sitting in the chair that she didn’t have the product for my keratin treatment and would only be doing my color. I chose to leave because that was not the appointment I booked or paid a deposit for. It’s now Monday and I haven’t received any follow-up, refund of my deposit, or attempt to make the situation right. I showed up on time and respected her time and policies. I simply expected the same consideration in return. Really disappointing that I had to leave a review like this.

Such a clean, welcoming and professional place! Everyone is so kind and makes you feel like a VIP from the moment you walk in. Their work is outstanding and the pricing is very reasonable. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I recently went to Salon Escape and had my hair done by Jenn. I went from brown to blonde and I am absolutely in love with the results! Jenn is super amazing. She's incredibly talented and puts so much care and attention into her work. On top of that, she's super sweet, professional and just fun to be around. You can tell she really loves what she does, and it shows. For my visit, I had a hair lift, bleach, tone, and a haircut and everything turned out perfectly! She also offers so many other services too, so there's something for everyone. Her salon is super cute and I highly recommend her if you're thinking about making a big hair change, just a touch up or a haircut! :)
